My students loved this book because they related to the topic of false apologies. They confessed how many times they apologize because they are forced to.
This is a hilariously clever collection of false apology poems. There is nothing not to like about this book. Totally worth having on the shelf!
These poems are very entertaining. I use them in my poetry unit. There is a great page in the book that explains how to write your own using the original format. My students loved reading this and they came up with lots of great poems on their own.
Loved these takes on the classic William Carlos Williams poem. I will definitely bet sharing this with my students and writing our own versions this year!
The whole family is enjoying these. Bought these for my 9 year old to get her into poetry style other than Jack Prelutsky, but sill something funny. My husband and I love to read these with her.
